Accepted Beginner Hog Expansion

Allow beginners to upgrade their pig mount at level 120 and 200! Beginners can already obtain Monster Rider and the level 70 Hog mount (custom feature since 26 January 2019). I think this would be simple to implement as it only touches two quests.

• Level 120 Silver Mane obtained from Kenta's quest also called Silver Mane
• Level 200 Red Draco obtained from floaty employers located in some irrelevant map that is useless that have a quest called Dragon Rider (different quest ID depending on job)

The Red Draco quest could be offered through some NPC like Olaf who gave us A Lesson on Job Advancement so long ago, perhaps with special dialogue explaining why he has a Draco despite sitting around in Lith Harbor. A more standardized option would be to offer the quest through any of the 4th job instructors (similar to the implementation of the Zakum prequest for Beginners).

On a personal note, I was a bit disappointed to find that the custom feature "Beginners are now able to do the mount quest" was worded very specifically to only mean the level 70 Hog quest. I had worked hard with deer to collect the large sum of mesos + etcs at level 119, only to find Silver Mane unavailable at level 120. Ah well, the Hog is quite cute anyway.

As of this post this suggestion would only affect 16 characters who have reached level 120 or higher as a beginner and are not banned. There are currently active unemployed Maplers that would greatly appreciate the speed boost from these mounts. We may even live to see a level 200 permabeginner top the rankings and get their Draco!

Edit: It has come to my attention that the Silver Mane quest is for "4th job advancement Available to all." Could removing that 4th job advance requirement make the quest available to both beginners and those who stay at 1st, 2nd, or 3rd job past level 120?
