HP or Defensive Fits Shadower better?

    Hi everyone,
    I just got lv95 as CB, but I've being thinking about the bossing already lol, and I need you guys to help me out with some questions.

    1, Mon or HT pendant
    People saying 300HP for Shad is 600 HP but the other saying HT gives tons of Defensive.
    From surviving perspective, which one is better?

    2, Scrolling Shield
    I want to scroll a hp or def timeless List (lv150 shield), but which one is better?
    I had Shield Mastery Maxed also.
