Keeping white scrolls in Inventory is risky

Well I hoped it would be possible through storage instead of cash shop to exclude islanders/campers. It would give this suggestion a better shot.

I've figured it out. The real meso sink is having noobs accidentally using a ws when mass-scrolling 10% dex earring scrolls in Lith Harbor or mass scrolling the last 7 slots of their helms. bigbrain moves.

If the concern is transferring WS/CS to islanders, an easy workaround is to allow the "Prestige Shop" NPC to exchange between the untradeable WS/CS and some cash shop item (ex. "Mysterious Scroll" or whatever). Then players can turn their WS/CS into the cash shop item and store them in cash shop storage, but islanders won't be able to convert the cash shop item back to WS/CS since there's no "Prestige Shop" NPC on Maple Island.

 

Idk if this suggestion includes chaos scrolls or not but ain’t no islander using a white scroll on island. Even then there’s probably more islanders wanting to remove their ws/cs from the island than wanting to bring them. I’ve only known of 1 islander to use a chaos scroll instead of bringing it off island and it failed.

 

Is there a special reason why theyre untradeable though o.o ws cs pouch coin why cant they all just be tradeable? Just wondering

 

I assume to prevent hoarding. Although it can be done with coins, just not to the same degree since you take up more slots. Nothing more mules don't fix tho

 

WS Scrolls in Island doesn't make sense, after a certain while the 10% you farm are enough to attempt doing a bunch of scrolled equips without much "worry"... even tho the "worry" is just genociding more mobs.

Brother...in my 5 years+ of being on this server I have posted on this forum like 10 times but this "devil's advocate" response is so ridiculous that I just had to say something lmao. Wtf.
