Keeping white scrolls in Inventory is risky

But charging tax so can tender inflation rate, was also huge reason for adapting this patch. OPs suggestion which allows us to store ws/cs in storage is partially against on this purpose. I think, it's matter of which side staff team weights more.
As many questions in our life, each opinions have cons and pros, and sadly I can't vote on one side because both are valid.

 

Charging a tax by cutting into the reward does nothing to counteract the price inflation. In fact, it contributes to it by reducing the overall supply of prestigious coins.

 

I'm fairly sure I remember items being "movable within account" but untradable, since I'm sure it exist(ed?) for some items, just can't remember an example right now, it should be do-able for WS and CS. Whether staff likes this approach on these items, of course, is a thing on its own.

 

prestigous shop can very likely act as a storage for WS/CS too (no, not CS/WS to coin). Just let the store eat up the CS/WS and lets u get it back with no tax.

 

Maybe a better solution would be to remove the wait time from Legendary Spirit. Or maybe using an item lock (from the cash shop) on a white scroll could stop it from being used.

 

Wouldn't the solution to this (admittedly from someone likely never to see a white scroll in their inventory) be as simple as... change the default option when scrolling to not using a white scroll, rather than using one?

 

I may be remembering this wrongly so please feel free to correct me, but I believe "transferable within the same account" is not natively in v.62 and will require client edits (if you're new to this scene, "require client edits" means that it's a lot more difficult to implement)

 

WS as non-expiring, consumable cash item - can be stored in CS only

Just an idea off the top of my head, haven't thought about pros or cons

 

it's funny how you say it counter-balance risks from having it in the inventory and storage. utterly preposterous. like everyone pointed out, you never consider how regular people can and will forget that they have ws's in their inventory and also how fucked up of an idea with the legendary spirit defaulted on the auto use ws tab and pooof goes the ws. happened to me and its bound to happen to a lot more people.

the chances of forgetting ws in inventory while scrolling for fun outweighs the chances of forgetting ws in storage to completing gears.

Ah I was really hoping tradeable within account would be possible. Glad this can get resolved though, scrolling is stressful enough already without having to worry about WS.
