Recently I saw some people got banned for roll scamming. But base on the current T&C, if you roll scamming or scamming someone's item you will only get banned for 14/7 days without any more further punishment.

I feel the current punishment is unfair for the victim of the scam. Just use roll gamble as example, so anyone can make some quick mesos by simply smega to roll with someone with high amount like few billion of mesos. If they win, they can walk away with big money. But if they lose, they can just refuse to pay and wait for 14 days ban which is the most punishment they will get from this.

I think we should add additional punishment to this, which the scammer will spawn into the jail after their ban period, and require them to do @gm to pay the amount they owe first before they can return to the game. So GM can duey or pay to the victim those amount of mesos or item, if scammer choose not pay up the amount they scammed, they shouldn't deserve to play this game anymore. I assume GMs are able to identify all their account and ban them at same time.

If we can add this to our T&C, at least we can make those scammer rethink before they scam people which they have to pay the money either way not just 14/7 days ban now.
