    I've used SO much nx to get one hairstyle (short twin tails). Seriously like 30k+.. :( can I get a refund or something possibly? It's just so annoying, like some people have gotten it within 1 try...

    It's just unlucky :/ they wont refund you for bad luck.

    However this is a great example for our admins as to why they should make DP useable towards hair coupons.

    Took me probably somewhere between 20-30k for Evan on my DK, then like 18k on my sniper for short top tail. Then I tried Evan on a diff character and got it within two. Game is just harsh man but I feel you.
