Update Unscheduled Maintenance changes (23/11/2020)

    Hello,

    Due to server issues, the server had to restart. This gave us the chance to apply the changes we had pending.

    Features:
    The daily fame usage now resets at 0:00 AM server time instead of 24 hours to be consistent with most of our other features and resets. @fame command has been changed to show the proper time.

    Other:
    [Bug fix] Rock of Time drops are now properly capped at 5. Much like Zakum Helms, RoT was also supposed to be capped at 5 maximum drops per run. This bug is now fixed.
    [Change] Damage Reflect damage is now increased to 15k. Attacking while it reflects should be life-threatening for all. This makes it a two-hit K.O. for pretty much anyone.
    [Change] Wheel of Destiny is now limited to ONE. Pink Bean should be a challenging boss, and it seems that having THREE wheels gives too much cushioning and undermines the "strategizing" aspect of things. This is STILL subject to change.
    [Change] Wheel of Destiny price is changed from 10 million mesos to 5 million mesos + 3 Pieces of Time. Having a pure meso sink didn't seem like a healthy option for our economy. By having it tied to Pieces of Time, it allows for interactiveness between those running PB and those who might not be able to run PB yet. It also serves as an item sink, so that PoT retains its value.

    [Notice] Pink Bean chair, dropped by Pink Bean will be changed to untradeable next patch. Please do not trade your chair if you happen to obtain it before this change. We log it all.
    [Notice] Facestompers will have a 150 Level Requirement. This should have been applied previously, but was not. It will be implemented with the upcoming Christmas patch. This has been done in an attempt to not make other shoes obsolete early, which unfortunately the PCG and PAC, as well as the BWG, already do.

    All good changes imo. 15k damage for reflect will be a PITA I imagine.

    Also RIP all ranged attackers with <9.4k HP
    Gonna get 1 shot by DR, and I bet its inhumane-reflexes or die to DR, or just afk when DR is off-cooldown. RIP DPM

    If I remember correctly, in GMS PB's damage reflect did over 30k damage which meant nobody could attack safely while it is off CD. So if you want to buff PB's damage reflect you should just go all the way and make it an instant kill for everyone (but the heaviest washed mages/shadowers? I don't know if Magic Guard/Meso Guard work on DR damage). Having it at 15k only makes it an essentially soft requirement for the fight, making things even harder for (the theoretical) unwashed ranged characters to get in runs.

    Yea I agree... I remember ppl having to stop attacking whenever dmg reflect timer was up, even if it didn't dmg reflect yet.

    meso guard does indeed work on DR. I only take about 5k dmg on my shad and with HB I can currently survive 2 DRs.
    More motivation for me to finish my 30k hp shad :BigPog:

    I actually looked into this since I heard a few people mention it being 30k, so I went to verify from old GMS and KMS files. After checking multiple versions, I found that up until big-bang, PB DR damage was 10k. It was only increased to 30k a ways into post-BB.

    That said, we're still looking into PB, trying to make it fair, fun, yet still challenging ;) so we'd appreciate more feedback on these changes + feedback on how our upcoming revamp affects the fight :D (if it does at all)
