I have added [MapleLegends] to my stream however it does not show on the website.

am i doing something wrong?

Doesn't work for me either... I suspect that it's because I don't meet the follower threshold. Is there someone who I can DM who can check?

you need minimum 5 followers on twitch iirc

I wouldn't worry much on that because theres this guy named NexonTakedown banning people on Twitch for playing the game..

Tbh, there should be a discord channel where people could post their link saying "I'm Live!" to avoid it, its not fun at all getting a copyrighted strike.

that doesnt stop him from finding your channel and getting you suspended though. If he knows your twitch name, he can check requently

Yeah. Unfortunately, I cant recommend it right now due to the DMCA issues occuring.

If there are no category selected the stream won't show up

And there is no maplelegends category atm

Picking a different catregory doesn't work, only when maplestory category is picked on twitch

You can pick either Retro or MapleStory. There haven't been any twitch takedowns for over 3/4 of a year, so maybe you are safe for now. Even if not, Twitch fortunately now too have a strike system that expires after 3 months, so nothing that bad happens besides a 3 day ban.

Hey there sorry for bringing this topic up, can you consider adding kick like twitch or mixer (in the past), this could potentially bring more streamers ( and players? ) thanks anyway

PLEASE for the love of god get me off the website. I swear I am stuck in the embedded and it shows me even when im offline. That's probably why they followed me.

Hello,

For the past years, we have had many Twitch streamers streaming our server. First of all, we want to thank every single one of them helping us expose our server more to new users in past and present.

It's time to return the favour.

Starting now, Twitch streamers hosting our server is getting promoted on our main website. This will be done automatically.

If you stream our server and put [MapleLegends] at the beginning of your title, your stream will now appear on the main page. When there are multiple people streaming, it will be randomized between all the active streamers each time someone visits the site. Only one stream shows up at a time.

This way new users, as well as current users, will find easier you are streaming, which in return gives you more followers and viewers. We hope with this it's more rewarding and encouraged to stream our server.

Basic ruleset:
- Please only use the tag when you are streaming our server
- You are required to have a small number of followers to appear to prevent 'troll mule accounts' streaming bad things using the tags
- If abuse is found your stream may be permanently blacklisted from ever showing on the site again. Doing that is not worth it.

Other notes:
- When nobody is streaming, the normal youtube videos will appear again like before
