Mage leech question

Leeching rules. To leech you must satisfy one of these rules.
1. You must be within 5 levels of the attacker. (I.e. if a level 100 person was killing petri, you could leech petri if you were level 95)
2. You must be within 5 level of the monster you want to leech from. (For petri, you must be level 105 since petri is lv 110)

If you satisfy 1 or 2, then you can leech.

If your question means to say what the max level you can leech to from petris is, well that would be level 200. Typically, however, people would swap to shoalin 3-4 or 5-6 at level 120 or 125.
