DPM after Balance Change

    -Xbow expert increased damage accidentally added to Sair calculations
    -NT Claw changed from 91 to 92 watt

    Here is some information for those of you who want a class comparison of DPM you might actually see while playing the game.

    -lvl 140: ok gear+stats
    -lvl 160: average gear+stats
    -lvl 180: end game gear+stats
    -lvl 200: perfect gear+stats

    *Equipments, stats, and range are all in the spreadsheet and easy to navigate.
    *Supporting skills available as per standard builds (main skills assumed to have)
    *Buccaneer Demolition cast time is not certain (AyumiLove says 2.34s, but dummy test shows about 2s)

    I made this in a google spreadsheet so it's easy for anyone to navigate, so please let me know if you find any mistakes or have any questions.

    IGNORE BELOW (comments from pre-updated charts):
    What to take out of this...

    Corsair:

    -The DPM shown above is the 'realistic' DPM in which you only spend 82% of time on the boat
    -You'll find that sair DPM is far above everyone else
    Marksman:
    -You're much stronger than BM in ideal conditions
    -This opens up lots of different team compositions that don't require any NLs/BMs
    Hero:
    -I've seen a lot of comments with heroes saying what's the point of maining a hero. You still do more DPM than Drks under realistic conditions. Drks do more damage as att pots are used because of a high weapon multiplier
    -Stonetooth falls off late game
    Buccaneer:
    -This is an average DPM using the most optimal combination of skills (demolition for 2 minutes, barrage+orb for 32 seconds, barrage+uppercut for 28 seconds; buccs have 3 minute cycles of attacks)
    -Buccaneers also have a high weapon multiplier, so they get stronger much faster towards end game
    Shadowers:
    -Sorry

    Does this take into account passives like Shadow Shifter and Stance? Because Shads/NL's have very high dodge which would affect effective dpm.

    Well... technically they're just formulas :p rather than like in-game dummy DPMs, but its all theoretical assuming you dont stop attacking (except for sairs, since it's part of their kit to have to stop attacking)

    I’m surprised paladin doesn’t suffer from diminishing returns with perfect gear and stats at level 200.

    Are we not hitting the 200k cap per blast with SE and SI at that point?

    With just rage/cider I dont think pallys have enough to hit past 200k when using a 2h. With a 1h sword, it might be a tad different seeing that you'd have perfect gear for both therefore more weapon attack.

    Also, pally's benefit very minimally from SE. The way SE works is it adds +140% damage to your skill damage. Blast has 600% damage + 140% = 740%. That's like a 20% increase in damage. Classes with smaller skill damage benefit more from SE. Most notably, NL's Triple Throw with 150% + 140% = 290%. Which is like a 90% increase in damage :eek:

    nanop33nanop33 this is a chart for single target DPM. Assassinate hits 1 target 4 times (with exceptions).

    Also, there were some oversights here and there so the charts aren't exactly accurate. Nise and I are working on double checking all the equations.

    These are only dummy DPM on Ciders. BMs are slightly stronger in endgame in practice (especially if you add in Phoenix's higher damage over Frostprey) and much stronger if attack pots are used.

    Ok I finally updated it with the equations as we know 'em. Nise and I both looked through the formulas, so hopefully they are correct now.

    Is Snipe at speed 2 actually 740ms instead of 630ms? That doesn't feel right since all the others are in 30ms units, not to mention if that's case then the delay I feel after 6 strafes at speed 3 would seem too large.

    RegalStarRegalStar Marksman attacking speed and corsair's attacking speed (considering boat breaking + mounting/dismounting) were the speeds I was really unsure of. NiseNise filled in those two and I'm sure he can elaborate.
