    Yes, let's boost all mages with Spellbooster as a party buff exclusively for mages.
    increase Blizzard & Meteor cast be similar to Gen (Genesis+spellbooster cast speed) since gen with spellbooster will be more speedy than bliz/mete + spellbooster at it's current state

    Not really. I think letting mages benefit from each other is neater than having si being the end all be all. Will be cool if spellbooster helps to increase angel ray speed.

    you could give angel ray +100 basic attack, have it be effected by SI and it would still be useless

    yes, I agree!

    Angel ray should be a mob skill like the chainlightning and paralyze that hits up to 3 monsters.
    and the way it should work is like that of piercing arrow.

    I'm pretty sure paralyze doesn't mob. Chain lightning's mobbing is pretty useless too other than maybe farming apq keys.

    I like it being a casting speed increase for attacking skills. I'm not a fan of increased ult speed.

    a proper spell-boosting party buff for mages unlike Si which works in conjunction with weapon boosters
