Welcome! How are you grinding? When I was a CB I did meso explosion at Shaolin with a bishop friend and I leveled to 120 in less than a month. Maybe try that?

Training with band of thieves sounds absolutely horrible, no wonder you're having a bad time. If you can, I suggest reading up on meso explosion and how you can do some meso explosion training. The exp is insane so although the upfront costs of Meso might be a bit higher you'll be leveling so fast you'll probably be saving money in the long run

I would:
1. farm mesos / equips / gach at cds, mannequins, etc.
Side Note #1: Not all equips should be npc'd. For Example, @cds - Dark Pirate Blouse/Skirt with perfect stats (check maplelib) can sell for more in the fm than npcing it. Power Elixirs should also be sold in fm.
Side Note #2: I tend to lure all the cds to one side on every floor and then attack them all at once with BoT.
2. keep a budget for pots
3. Mesos explode train with the rest of your mesos for a short period OR reinvest those mesos for short bursts of leech each time.
4. Rinse and Repeat.

Yes, it will take longer than fully just mesos exploding / buying leech to 120, but you have to find solutions with your own financial situation.

Also, this is just advice, you can do what you think is best for you .
