Scrolling for Secondary Stats (and why you shouldn't bother)

I do what I want. If my stuff expensive other people stuff expensive too dont tell me how to live my life.

 

Smoll stat lives matter

 

Ideally, you'd want to scroll your gears with the cheapest relevant stats and then readjust the base stats so there are no extra secondary stats over the gear requirement.

I personally chose to scroll a few items with customized stats to swap when there are event items, but that would also mean those items lose resale value and were more expensive to make as well. Still, I enjoy the process, and the result is satisfying for me.

I could only afford mw12, but the table assumes mw20. It appears that if I have either 4-9 or 17-19 base secondary stat, then I will recieve the same boost to my secondary stat from mw12 as mw20. This will allow me to avoid overstatting.

I think I will choose 8 base, as that will allow me to also not overstat when I get carried by mw30 gamers.

 

This sounds like poorly disguised "Bucc Propaganda" to get cheaper STR scrolls....

You say the 5 hp doesn't matter, but quite often at bosses I find myself living with only 1 hp remaining. I think my overall has saved me many times from death.
