Crossheider rework

Crossheider is level 100 warrior shield, which drops from cwk bonus, and your stats may vary, see on the lib:
STR: 5 (4 - 6)
Weapon Def: 80 (72 - 88)
Magic Def: 30 (27 - 33)
Number of Upgrades Available: 7

my sugestion:
1) make it have 10 slots
2) make this have an att base
3) change the base of str to att

Suggestions 2-3 would need to be debated how much att is fair

I believe as it is a tradeable shield, it would increase cwk's ev for 1hand enjoyers,
it would not affect other shields such as maple or timeless as it is exclusive to the cwk bonus.
