Not a Bug Flamethrower and ice splitter damage

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): doing below the expected damage constantly to all mobs (including green snails) with flamethrower/ice splitter
    What is supposed to happen?: Skill damage says 136% so I should be doing above my minimum attack range constantly (990). In the screenshot, I hit a 871.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Whenever I'm using the listed skills
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): just using the skills

    charizard used flamethrower. It's not very effective.. because the slime is a water type.

    Yes, snails will resist the fire, they have the ability heatproof which halves damage taken from fire attacks.

    Damn, shouldn't have dropped the capsules. I thought that I could just do without them since the skills were still working even without them. Thanks akash!

    You do make a good point though. IMO the capsules should be to further enhance the skill, as the skill already has that damage in the description without the capsules.
