Low Moonstone Wedding Ring Effect Not Displaying

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): [​IMG]
    What is supposed to happen?: The Moonstone Wedding Ring used to display the swans, but logged in 6 months later and the effect stopped occuring.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Recently after 6 months of inactivity, we logged in and it no longer displayed. Even if we take the current Red String ring off, the Moonstone ring effect will not display.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): No reproduction steps. The ring does not work.
    Extra information (optional): n/a
