Neo Tokyo Dialoge Nerf

Everyone that visits Neo Tokyo will see that the NPCs talk a lot, they have way too much dialogue boxes and that gets a bit annoying (especially when you are on a map full of autoaggro mobs that also fly).
An easy solution would be to condense all the speech in fewer text boxes (perhaps 2 or 3) so if people want to read they still can read the whole thing, and those who want to skip can just click fast and get rid of a few text boxes.
