It seems not alot of people know or are aware of this area, most likely because it's locked behind quests and who actually reads those am I right? So I'll take a moment to explain how to access this end game content and what you can find inside.

    Requirements: Level 100
(Though realistically if you want to actively fight anything here, you need at least 130 to fight mobs, 163 is the minimum level to gain exp from 2 of the 4 bosses)

    Contents
    -
    Prequest
    - 2100 Odaiba
    - 2095 Park
    - 2102 Akihabara
    -- Crafting
    - 2102 Tokyo Skies
    - Kamuna

Heading down the well in Mushroom Shrine which will lead us to Kamuna. Asia tells us of the destruction of Zipangu in the future and other ominous things. You have to prove you're capable of fighting there so you have to gather some items from Ninja Castle.

    Items Required
    -
    300 Ninto Scrolls [IMG]
    - Kacchuu Musha Fragment [IMG]
    -
    Toad Oil [IMG]
The Ninto Scrolls can be obtained by killing Ninto in the Ninja Castle (a map of it will help you find your way to them). The Fragment and Oil may be difficult for a single person to obtain, especially the Toad Oil as it comes from the summon of a Lv 180 boss. You can however purchase both of these and avoid dealing with those bosses altogether. Technically you can just buy the scrolls too but you probably need Ninto cards right?

Now that we've proven ourselves we get a Lv. 1 Gate Pass which allows us into Odaiba.

Warning: Stock up on All Cure potions before you enter.

    2100 Odaiba

Warning: Overloads will apply Zombify which turns heal into damage, do not heal in here. Pots will be half as effective.
You will be welcomed by Overloads and Afterroads. Overloads can inflict Blindness, Weakness, and Zombify very frequently, so I hope you brought those All Cures. After the struggle to the top of the beams you'll find Ponicher.

He needs to find an Operational Unit but of course we need a warm-up, so kill Overloads for 100 Lenses. [IMG]

Be sure to pick up these coins as they are vital to crafting in Neo Tokyo which is really the biggest benefit of doing all this. [IMG]

Next you kill Afterroads until you find an Operational Unit. [IMG]
These quest drops can be a bit rare so have some patience in farming them. If you have some kind friends they can help you by killing on another channel, just go sweep by every few mins to see if it dropped, as they cannot.

If you enjoyed getting that unit you'll love this next part, because you have to get not one, not two, but three quest items to proceed. Hopefully you have loving friends.

    - Calculating Domino (Afterroad) [IMG]
    - Macromolecule Actualater (Overload) [IMG]
    - Conductive Polymer Gain (Overload) [IMG]
Finally at the end of this questline, you will teleport to an expedition map to fight your first Neo Tokyo boss, Vergamot.

    Details about the boss fight:
    - Level 168 Boss with 300M HP
    - All attacks can be dodged by ducking, you can also duck the entire fight and stay alive.
    - There are 3 bodies where it losses/gains attacks.
    - 14k HP is necessary to survive all attacks.
    - The third body can seduce so having Hero's Will would be highly recommended.

    Body 1

The most bulky of them. It has half of the total HP and the minigun attack.
    - Standard rocket attack, be sure to get use to dodging this.
    - The Minigun will hit for around 9k*, it's also a bit difficult to see having the least delay so be careful if you cannot survive a hit.
    - The arm laser will send out a guiding red followed by the actual yellow laser attack which dispells on hit.

(* Some runs I did recently the minigun hit 9k instead of the 13k before, I'm unsure if it was adjusted or bugged, for now changing this)

    Body 2
The weakest of the bodies, loses the minigun attack.
    - Rockets and overall touch damage is weaker.
    - Consequently the arm laser happens more frequently.

    Body 3
The weakest body in both HP and Def, but also the most deadly. Hope you learned to dodge.
    - The left corner of the map is actually safe now as the laser is gone, you can let go of that duck key here now.
    - Rockets hit about 12k now and also seduce on hit, but will knock you back so normally this will not be fatal (unless you have stance on).
    - A frontal body cannon which can hit almost 14k and stuns. If you get seduced after a stun you will almost surely die.

Warning: The person who has aggro (typically the most damage) will stop Vergamot from attacking if they stand in the left corner. If this happens for a prolonged period of time it will be considered Aggro Abuse and is a temporary ban.

After you've defeated Vergamot and witnessed your amazing drops a crystal will appear that you must click to properly finish the quest, as well as being rewarded your 100 Silver Coins.

You'll find yourself back in Kamuna and given the Lv. 2 Gate Pass to the Neo Tokyo Park.

    2095 Park

Welcomed once more by our Overloads and a new enemy, the Protoroad. To the right side of the map you'll find Dida and Marr.

    [IMG][IMG]

You'll have to kill Protoroads in order to get a Twisted Radar.[IMG]
Protoroads will confuse you, reversing your controls. This mixed with the weakness from Overloads can be very annoying.

After you've gotten his radar we're ready for the end of this area. What really? That was really easy! If only...

    Neo Tokyo PQ
    [IMG]

You'll be sent to another expedition sign up. Before you can begin you'll need a Simplified Electric Pulse Transmitter from Dida. [IMG]

There's a two part to this PQ. First you need to acquire 10 Energy Transmitters.[IMG]
After that you'll turn them into Dida in the map who will take you to the crystal for completion. What's the issue?

The only mobs that drop transmitters inside are Maverick B. They can be identified by flying around the map. There's also a single Maverick S that is basically a clone of B but not B, for some reason. These are pretty tanky, having almost 1M HP a piece and every basic status condition under the sun, including slow. There's also Maverick As and Ys but they serve no real purpose here other than clearing to make more Bs spawn.

To summon Dida you drop the SEPT on Marr. However once you summon Dida that counts as a run regardless of if you pass or fail. The idea is in the first 6 minutes you will gather Energy Transmitters and you will summon Dida to avoid being kicked out and then gather the last few before turning in. The saving grace being if you do not summon Dida you can enter and leave as many times as you please.

If you have very good AoE you can however opt to summon Dida from the start, as he can survive the entire run now. Dida automatically draws flying enemies towards the middle so this can help you speed up the gathering, making this potentially solo-able.

After you're pass that hurdle you can collect your hard earned 50 coins from that crystal and return to Kamuna for your Lv. 3 Gate Pass to Akihabara.

    2102 Akihabara

Once you've reached Akihabara you can start to craft Neo Tokyo weapons and gear yourself by talking to Noran.
I will quickly go over what materials are required to craft items but for more details on the stats and which weapons drop from which boss, use the MapleLegends Library.

    Crafting

    Materials
    Silver Coins [IMG]
Nano Plant Omega (Drops from all bosses and Eruwaters) [IMG]
Nano Plant Sigma (Drops from all bosses and Mavericks) [IMG]
Nano Plant Y (Drops from all bosses, Afterroads, and Protoroads) [IMG]
Sealed Wiseman Stone (Drops from all bosses and Eruwaters) [IMG]
Sealed Saint Stone (Drops from all bosses and Mavericks) [IMG]
Sealed Warrior Stone (Drops from all bosses, Afterroads, and Protoroads)[IMG]
As you can see there is pattern, corresponding plants and stones will drop from the same mob, though bosses can drop all types. Another thing is you need 1000 Silver Coins for Noran to unseal stones. None of the items make use of stimulators and instead are always random stat.

Note: Unsealing a stone will make it untradable. (ty freda)

    Magic Throwing Knife [IMG]

    - Nano Plant Omega
    - Wiseman Stone
    - Ilbi Throwing Stars
    - 2500 Silver Coins (3500 Total)

(Various types drop from all bosses)

    Crafting END

With that outta the way, back to the guide.

Say our hellos to all the occupants in the base, and now we need to find an Eruwater Transmitter and 300 Eruwater Laser Guns. [IMG] [IMG]
This time the quest drop is actually pretty easy, you'll probably find it before you get 300 Laser Guns. The unfortunate thing here is the best map to kill Eruwaters is the Rooftops, two maps over Akihabara. You'll notice something when you get there, but I won't ruin the surprise.

Now we're ready for the next boss, Dunas.

    Details about the boss fight:
    - Level 174 Boss with 230M HP
    - Only one body.
    - Max hit is about 10k.
    - Dispells at melee range VERY frequently.
    - Has damage reflect, if you see 1s STOP ATTACKING.
    - Mages can actually stand at the bottom and attack constantly, as the damage reflect is physical.
    Attacks:
    - Charges his staff with a gold glow to 1/1 + knockback.
    - Teleports left or right causing a delayed attack + blindness.
    - Creates a fire circle in the air which will dispell or slow (doesn't need to hit to dispell).
    - Creates a pink barrier or purple barrier for buff (purple will be W. Atk, Armor, or Damage Reflect).
    - Damage reflect hits back 10k, there's a delay before so be attentive.

Ranged attackers are much better here than melee, though you can still function. It's a bit of a slog but once you're accustomed to his advanced cancels, you'll finish eventually. Just make sure you didn't go in at 99.90% or you just might accidentally level :^)

Talk with your good friend Crystal, collect 60 coins and pass Kamuna.
After a bit of back and forth you gain access to the 2102 Tokyo Skies.

    2102 Tokyo Skies

This map will be filled with Maverick Vs buzzing in your face, to the right you'll find Old Fox Flagship AI.

There's again only one quest prior to the boss in this area, and that's obtaining the Portable Laser Guidance. [IMG]
This is however without a doubt, the hardest drop to get in the game. It's not uncommon for people to take 5+ hours looking for this. The only mob that drops it are Maverick Ys (the black ones that glide on the ground). You may find Ys in the airship but this is a terrible place to kill them. Not only is the spawn fairly low the map is huge and they're scattered about. So where should we go? The best place is actually NTPQ.

Earlier I said the As and Ys serve no purpose, they didn't then but now that we have to farm Ys this is the best possible map to use. There may not be as many total Ys but the compact nature of the map means you can keep killing over and over to spawn more. It's still going to take a while but it's the best method you have.

After that we are officially done finding quest items. Onto the 3rd boss, Nibergen.

    Details about the boss fight:
    - Level 168 Boss with 350M HP
    - Has three bodies where it loses and gains attacks, similar to Vergamot.
    - Around 13k HP would be needed to survive all attacks (including touch).
    - Weapon Cancels ALOT
    - The left side of the map is safe to stand as gunfire will only hit minimal.
    - The underneath of Nibergen is able to be walked on, causing you to take 2k damage per second. In the bottom left corner you may take touch damage, but not the bottom right.

    Body 1
    - Half the HP of all bodies and the most defense.
    - A laser on the front that shoots straight or upward and 1/1s.
    - Turrets on the side that shoot out in a pattern.
    - A bazooka that hits most of the deck.
    - Cancels galore

    Body 2
    - Weakest of the bodies.
    - Loses the laser but gains a missile strike, requires you to move back to avoid it on the deck.

    Body 3
    - The least HP and defense but highest attack, a touch from the body can deal about 11k.
    - All other attacks deal much more damage.
    - Gains the ability to summon Maverick Vs.

Warning: While I fight it on the airspace note that the ship must be attacking or it can be considered Aggro Abuse. Attacking on the bottom left or deck will ensure it attacks, but soloing in the bottom right will not. Take caution or use the bottom left or deck to attack.

A very tedious fight, after you've taken down this flying punching bag you're ready for the finale of Neo Tokyo Part I.

    Kamuna

A talk with Asia later we come to find out things aren't well in the present day either, and we'll have to take care of it. No quests this time, we go straight to the expedition for Nameless Magic Monster.

    Details about the boss fight:
    - Level 174 Boss with 430M HP
    - One body
    - Flinches at 50k damage.
    - Requires 18k to survive all attacks (only necessary for melee).
    - Safespots located on top of the map.

    Attacks:
    - Blue lightning roar that stuns.
    - Ground smash attack.
    - Supersonic like attack that will cause confuse.
    - A flying claw attack that will deal 18k damage, limited by range.

This is a straightforward fight but also pretty scary, you will either want a Paladin who can smack this hard enough to keep in place, or a warrior to keep it pinned with rush. Ranged attackers are technically safe as they out range all his attacks but a single claw will wipe out most. Gives 80 coins.

And that's it, you've finished the current set of Neo Tokyo content and can now await the next. In the meantime you can solo Dunas in hopes of some MTK drops PEPEGA
