High Pirate HP Washing Bug

Description of the bug: Per all the info on pirate HP washing, we should be getting 18-22 HP when we add AP into HP.

When +HP with fresh AP I went from:

• 2930 > 2946 (+16 hp)
• 2886 > 2902 (+16 hp)

What is supposed to happen?: Supposed to gain minimum 18 HP.

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: While pumping HP into my own character.

 

That has to do with discrepancies related to HP gain through job advancement (unless I'm skimming over something). I'm also only Lvl 60, so I haven't even hit 3rd job yet

HP gain from AP (should be): 18 - 22 HP (unless mistaken)
HP gain from AP (what I experienced): 16 - 20 (which is the same as thieves/archers)
