Repeatable Quest for Omega Sector Warp Card

Should there be a repeatable way to obtain Omega Sector Warp Cards?

    Currently, the Warp Card is one of the rarest items in the game, with only 5 being obtainable per character from 1 early game quest. It teleports you from the Nautilus to Omega Sector, which is a pretty helpful one-way pass to Ludus Lake. I think it would make sense to be able to get an extra couple of passes every 24 hours through a repeatable quest, like for the Eos & Orbis tower teleport scrolls.
