Revert NX nerfs from CWKPQ (and other PQs)

    Right now we have nx coupons dropping from monsters, without an end in sight.

    As it stands, you can currently not only gain more exp and mesos, but also nx while farming over doing PQs.

    Currently the average nx gain per box in cwkpq is 187.5.

    I suggest to revert the nx gain to make it the same as it was on release, which was ~350 nx per box (i.e. make it so a 250 nx coupon and 100 nx coupon drop from every box).
