Though, in practice it could be +10 STR and it wouldn't make a difference, as the vast majority of characters are going to be wearing a Zak/Scar helm by level 100.

If we are on the topic of fixing useless equips, they should make the Eviscerator (lv120 polearm exclusive to zak) have the same speed tier and possibly more watt than its level 100 counterpart the Zedbug. Currently it’s the same watt and 2 speed tiers lower

 

The Eviscerator is the slowest weapon in the game. The only other weapon with the same speed is the Frozen Tuna. I don't want it to be faster. Buffing its attack is OK but please let it be uniquely slow.
