    I like this, but I think it might worsen the issue of too many HT runners and not enough channels. Something like 1 hr HT timer should be done in conjunction with this.

    Allowing for quick access in and out of cave would allow for more squads to just schedule one run a day naturally. One of the main reasons why people feel compelled to run twice a day is because of the annoying time investment required to enter the cave in the first place.

    Another benefit to having easy ins and outs is that a squad doesn't have to feel stuck if they don't have a channel. They can leave and actually do something else together like NT or CWK instead of caving for another day.

    Lastly, I think if this were to be implemented, I feel like sniping a channel from other groups in-between runs is going to be more commonplace and accepted overall (since now they can just opt to run once without much consequence). It opens the cave to be a truly free-for-all environment.

    The main downside to this is that mithril might get cheapened over time.

    Hmm I'm on the fence now. On one hand, I agree that more squads will just schedule one run a day. But I'm not sure if that will necessarily reduce the bottleneck that happens inside the cave in the NA evenings. People who already want to run twice a day will still be there, and people who only want to run once a day will have a higher incentive to run.

    I can see people who can't find a channel going both ways--some might just say whatever let's just CWK, and some might only want to to HT (e.g. for exp or for selling HTP or for enjoyment). My guess though is that people would lean more towards staying; similar to when people can't find a CWK channel, from what I've seen they usually just end up waiting for a channel instead of abandoning.

    I would also imagine a more FFA environment developing in the cave, which I think I initially thought of as a bad thing but on second though I'm remembering how much I enjoy sniping. Personal opinions aside, maybe it'll make for a more even playing ground by making channel-holding more difficult. So I'm all for it :)

    Just make cave unneeded by summoning Horntail in Heneseys. No more elixir needed as new players try to traverse the hellscape of Heneseys. Maya needs another dose of medicine so you best be ready to dive between HT's legs to reach her.

    Please. There’s quite a few people that simply don’t play because they don’t have time to gather the ht potion every time they want to run ht. They’re stuck in the cave forever and basically slowly quit

    A 30-50 Mithril/Steel plate requirement would be reasonable, imo.

    Why bargain? get the mark of the squad is already an annoying task since you have to:
    1-Kill a boss that has a 23 hour respawn time
    2-Kill Zakum (a boss that needs a party if you want to do it fast and has an already annoying prequest)
    3-Kill Papulatus (a boss with its own prequest)
    4-Do the HTPQ that needs at least 5 ppl and you

    I get this huge pain is better than a smaller pain but forever but let's make this game more convenient right?

    The cornain guarding the door let you in simply because you have badge of squad member seems illogical.
    Which side are you on, cornain! Human or dragons???

    However, I agree on simplifying the pre-quest.
    Just by increasing the drop rate of the dagger to the same level as the marrow is a QoL update.
