The Chaos Chronicles

Kargo's Chaos Caper



There once was a very unfortunate player named WildKargo. Despite being one of the most skilled Hermits in MapleLegends, Kargo was unable to pass even a single scroll. Each and every attempt to upgrade his gear would result in nothing but ash. Rumor has it that even 100% scrolls would fail when Kargo touched them.



Despite his curse, Kargo scraped by and survived by using a combination of clean and hand-me-down gear. It is rumored that he reached level 80 using only a 4 attack Purple Work Glove that nobody else wanted. But for Kargo, this was everyday life.

Then one day, his lucked changed.



Against all odds, Kargo obtained a Chaos Scroll from Gachapon. This was it. The turning point. The moment where Kargo would undo his curse and reverse all of his bad luck.



He liquidated his entire net worth and traded it all to a very handsome and sexy player named Skup, in exchange for a 3 attack Pink Adventurer Cape. Kargo's moment of glory was nigh.

The day came. Dozens of players gathered at the top of CH4 FM to witness the redemption of WildKargo...

It was not long after the destruction of WildKargo that another Hermit chose to embrace Chaos. After countless hours of hunting Bigfoot and selling his toes to New Leaf players, Sprawl finally earned enough coins to barely afford a Chaos Scroll service. The rest...

Honoring the Fallen

Many began, and fewer remain. In this section, we will honor the memory of the numerous players who have gone inactive since the challenge began. Did they give up? Did they face a grind too steep, and decide to touch grass instead? We will never know.

In the next week, I'm personally hoping to see lots of marriages so that we can begin APQing frequently in preparation to take down Zakum. We're shooting for a 30 man run, so even if you can't contribute a TON of damage, I hope you'll come and be a part of our little history!
