So maybe I got extremely lucky or this happens a lot on this server, I honestly don't know. On my first day of playing this game, I think within the first couple hours, I farmed my first gacha coupon, headed straight to Kerning City's Gachapon and landed a 60% Chaos Scroll :D

At first I didn't really know what I had, and got a bunch of offers for it. All between 5-10 mill. I'm dumb asf... So I almost took it :roflmao:. Some kind players let me know it's worth so I went straight to the Cash Shop and bought a Hired Merchant to sell it. I sold it for 5-10M under market value because I wanted to get a return as quick as possible and sold it for 115M.

Admittedly this isn't the account I originally jackpotted on, but since then I learned a lot about HP washing, Meso making, mule accounts etc. so I made this account as a reserve for an HP washed NL and I'm currently saving up on Vote Cash to start HP washing this character.

I guess my question to anyone reading this, what would you do with 100M right off the bat? Maybe buy and flip a bunch of underpriced items from the Free Market for a profit? Maybe purchase some INT equips for my NL and start lvl'ing him up? Or something else. I honestly don't know the best route to take and I'm trying to be as efficient with it as possible. What should I do? Thank you for your suggestions :headphone:

Seeing as you're new, I would say buying and flipping is not a very viable option for you now since you might not know market prices, unless you're fine with investing time into learning the economy. Buying INT equips is fine as if you're playing a mage in the in time in order to fund/leech your future NL. Else, there isn't much you should be doing with your money atm, maybe spend 10-20mil on some reallyyyyyy cheap gears to speed up levelling to whenever you can hit some CDs.

Don't spend your money just because you have it

i would invest it with the goal of increasing your farming potential. I.e. invest in int gears to make your mage do more damage or hp wash your attacker, leech to level your mage to fourth job, low level leech for key mules (like meso up, sharp eyes).

Essentially you want to use the mesos from this chaos scroll to make it easier for you to earn more mesos later on.

I agree with the first post, since you're new it's risky to be messing with flipping I think. In ideal circumstances, you don't want to just have your mesos sitting there since it's not like they accrue interest. So once you're more accustomed to things and have plenty of NX to constantly owl to see margins then you can start going into this. But... it's probably better to leave your mesos in storage for now.

As for investing into gear, it really depends on which character you think you're going to play on the most. Don't prematurely invest into weapon attack gloves, when you realize that you actually hate attackers and love being an overpowered mage :p INT gears are a pretty safe bet like Akash said, since it can be a two for one, where it helps you wash AND helps your mage. But, decent INT gears do also tend to be pretty pricey.
    • Weapon (aka wooden wand)
      • Primarily used for washing
      • Used by a mage till like Lvl 30 and becomes pretty useless to mages
    • Shield
      • Great two for one
      • Much more expensive than 100 mil
    • Cape
      • Great two for one, but there's different level ranges, so you might end up investing in a lvl 50 cape and not be able to use it early on for any character
    • Bathrobe
      • Great two for one
      • Much more expensive than 100 mil
So with regards to INTs, I'd probably wait as well xD Most of lower lvl leveling can be done piggy backing off your base INT, unless you're going for some crazy HP values. Which even then, you could technically off-set with more MP washing.

My personal suggestion would be to diversify. With just over a 100 mil, I don't think you should be all-ining your mesos on ONE item. Since when you hit Lvl 50, you should get a Zak helm. So you want to leave some mesos in reserve to afford that. It's also not a bad idea to have some reserve mesos in case you decide to buy leech for the very annoying levels (prbly 68-70) and maybe (118-120).

    Weird flex but okay.
You've got lucky NOT really resolving to FM asking for potions money.
If you plan on playing this server for the long term just save it for pots money etc.
As of this time frame you got no real use for your money.
I'd make a mage/ Main that isn't rly dependant on much washing and start leveling to leech an NL (proper washed NL takes at least 6months of washing and it's still low.)

I got lucky pretty early and got a 4 atk pink gaia cape and in my 60s got a white scroll. I knew I was going to need the money later though so I just saved it to later levels. I bought a few things like bath robe, a chair, gold teeth cause they're a pain.
