    The Recruitment channel is nice, but mostly dominated by people recruiting for parties. Which is of course fine as that's its intended purpose. I think a channel just for Guild recruiting would be nice, though. It would help connect newbies to communities quicker, and plenty more, I'd hope.

    I really think this could help a lot
    A lot of newer players do not use forums and the current recruitment section in discord gets spammed with leech very quickly
