Apple skimpers panicking now that they have to choose between saving 3m and being shamed or use them like they should've been all along

 

Cant explain why, but still can't help but feel like it'll be a pretty invasive system forced on the entire playerbase. Perhaps its just because it's staff acknowledging the requirement of high attack pots in content and all the balancing flaws that come with it.

At least now we're one step away from complete potion logging in runs, to know the one true metric: DPM(eso)

I don’t really understand the controversy. How can something be considered invasive if runners self-subscribe to these conditions when joining the run? We are being given a tool to verify that people are doing what they’ve agreed to do.

 

Would skimping with screenshots provided under the new system result in a mass griefing violation?

I see this from both sides, I've seen a lot of people use apple/gelt on zakum to give greater dpm and it frustrates newbies

Display only to the party leader(s) of the expedition so there is confidentiality between the party leader and individual users.
(not all the leaders of the expedition, just only to the leader of each respective party)
this will ensure less flooding of chat for regular party members but also remove the extra step for them with the toggling option to not show wall of blue text.

That’s kind of interesting. If we took it a step further, would intentionally going AFK for an extended period of time for no reason (ie not for “my house is on fire”) during a run that you signed up for trigger mass griefing?

 

i can't wait to see the effects of self selection creating the first skimper only run
