Update Neo Tokyo live changes: 13/11/2019

Attention all time travelers

After receiving a year's worth of reports from Asia, we have noticed that the monsters wreaking havoc in Neo Tokyo are simply not very rewarding. We decided to make the area more rewarding by a (hopefully) notable margin.
These are the following changes:

Mob changes:

- Significantly increased the drop rate of potions and ores on all Neo Tokyo mobs.
- Moderately increased the drop rate of The Energizer Drink on all Neo Tokyo mobs.
- Moderately increased the drop rate of regular equips on all Neo Tokyo mobs.
- Moderately increased the drop rate of scrolls on all Neo Tokyo mobs.
- Moderately increased the drop rate of crafting items (plants and stones) on all Neo Tokyo mobs (ones that do drop them).
- Moderately increased the drop rate of Energy Transmitters that are needed to complete the Party Quest.
- Slightly increased the drop rate of Gold Emerald Earrings from Maverick B.

Boss changes:

- Moderately increased the drop rate of all equips on all bosses. Dragon Khanjar drop rate remains unchanged.
- Moderately increased the drop rate of all scrolls on all bosses.
- Slightly increased the drop rate of consumables on all bosses.
- Significantly increased the drop rate of crafting items (plants and stones) on all bosses.
- Slightly increased the drop rate of Elemental Piercing from Nibergen.
- Slightly increased the drop rate of Armor-Piercing Bullet from Vergamot.
- Added Armor-Piercing Bullet as a new drop to Nameless Magic Monster.
- Added Neo Tokyo weapons as drops to all current Neo Tokyo bosses.
