Pot prices for new players

    The money sink hole is a genuine healthy system to not inflate the economy over time. (the sink hole might even still be to small)
    However it does have the side effect that new players are struggling to buy potions with the new prices.

    For that reason I am suggesting to make a new pot/a few pots at the old NLC prices, However put level range on it from 1-119 so that it cannot be used for people in 4th job. alternatively the restriction could be not 4th job/untradable options.

    The whole idea is to ease up the pot costs on new players. But players who have played for a while with 120+ chars, have to still use the sink hole prices.
