    Back in the day old M.S, I remember we could enter our own Merchant and chat with buyers in our merchant, but currently we can't on here. If we click on our merchant, it will be under maintenance. :(?

    Are you sure you don't remember chatting via the "afk shops" instead of the "npc shops" (like the mushroom shop)? In the former you can speak to your visitors
