Accepted & Implemented Keep "The Unfinished Battle" in the Completed quest tab

The title of the Ravana-killing quest is a cruel double entendre as once you complete it, unlike literally every other repeatable quest in the game the quest goes back to your Available tab instead of being a repeatable quest from your Completed tab.

Reasons for the effort to fix this:
1) consistency with every other repeatable quest
2) give 100%-ers some relief as this quest's incompletable status makes us cry whenever we open our quest menu

 

Bump so this doesn't get lost in all of the buzz about the mage changes
