Low NT Mobs do not drop mesos

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen?:I'm not sure if this was intended or an actual bug, but mobs from Neo Tokyo do not drop any mesos. However, according the the Maplelegends Library, mobs like Overload, Afterroad, Eruwater, and all of the Mavericks should drop mesos.
