    Why cannot kill it need do some prequest or somehtings

    They are immune to almost all elements, so if you are a Mage you are fukd

    fire/ice demons don't work if the mob is already fire/ice resistant I believe (which is so silly), so it only removes weaknesses and other elements' resistances

    I know this because I tried to fire demon Ninto's so that I can paralyze them but it doesn't work (resists both fire/poison).

    Yep, bishops can't kill it. Genesis and other skills are holy based. Holy skills no worky on Crimson guardians.

    If you put any points into Doom, you can doom them first and then genesis will work. Magic claw will probably also work but it'll be really bad. Big Bang could work if you have any points in it.
