    There's too many floating around and being spammed through the day, creating mini lag spikes during various boss runs especially if it's a FLOOD of them for special occassions. If players really want to use those smegas, they can just buy it from CS, but I reckon majority of the animated smegas used are from gach. I don't think this really affects the balance of the game because they're just smegas, so figured I'd bring it up.
