Low Blast specific elemental animation not showing to third party players

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):Blast only shows the basic non-element version to third party players even if an element buff is currently being used
    What is supposed to happen?: If a paladin uses fire, ice, etc, it should change the Blast animation to match that element
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:zakum run, asked the pally there if he was not using elements and he said he was, then confirmed with a guild member later
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
