Low Multipet Rope Cape Bug

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Video of the bug
What is supposed to happen?: No cash shop cape effect should pop up when on a rope
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: when using follow the lead with pets, this cape effect pops up
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Equip multiple pets and go on a rope
Extra information (optional): I have tried with using a non-event pet as the lead pet and it still happens. I do not know of the bug still occurs when using 2 or 3 non-event pets.
