    toggle on/off option for no exp gain lvl 199.
    players can opt-out of exp gain at 0~99.99% (for reasons...)
    for those that want to wait for their friend or spouse so they can same level at the same time, whilst no limiting factor from doing content.

    This option of not gaining exp is bad to track who use bots, they explained that it would not be implemented, regardless of lv, it is bad
