Make Coke Town a seasonal event area

Coke town was a cool unexpected addition, but be honest, we all went there, did the quests for an hour, and then never returned. Anyone going there finds a sad empty village. It reminded me of Happyville in that it's "Christmas-y", but Happyville has nostalgia for us and because it's only available for 1 month every year, it doesn't get as stale. If coke town was also a seasonal event area I think it would add to the Christmas event. Heck, it could even be an addition to Happyville itself, just move the polar bear NPC there and remove him from the vic island towns (seeing a polar bear in vic towns doesn't feel right).

No one is going to miss it, but perhaps they would be excited for its return once a year, just like Happyville. I added a poll to see what you all think.
