Thought Experiment: Scrolling Capes

Assuming 45 INT Crimsonheart is out of the picture...

Can I do a 30 att Blackfist Cloak? Since it comes with up to 5 weapon attack according to the lib, and has 5 slots.

Though, my #1 choice would be a 29 att Pink Gaia Cape (4 att + 5 * 5 slots). I'd sacrifice that 1 attack for the ability to sell the item... though unsure if anyone would actually be able to afford it.

I don't need DEX, since I can get that from other equips. And, I believe the value of LUK:Attack is currently 6:1 on my build, so 1 att > 5 luk in terms of output.

 

Is it even theoretically possible to make a 23 DEX, 25 atk Blackfist?

Excluding Pink Gaia on purpose?

I also like the theory of mixing 2 different stats on an atk. cape. Very clever.

 

If it's currently available capes, I'd pick some niche/meme capes choices;

• Icarus Cape (2) Speed 11, chaos'd to 36 Speed.
• Goblin Cape 6 STR, chaos'd to 31.
• Cape of Warmness 11 Avoidability, chaos'd to 36 Avoid.

Taru Spirit Cape would be a choice but not in ML.

 

I’d choose 45 all stats crimson cloak since it’s much more likely that I’m able to buy something closer to a 20wa+ than a 45as cape.

There’s onyx apples for att, and I can still share the cape among my own characters.

How about a 51 magic attack Purple Adv. Cape?

8 base + 1*(3) scroll + 4*(5+5) = 51

 

At what point are you content with the cape? What is reasonably pheasible to your personal goals
