Two flat platforms. One might wonder why anyone would ever need a guide for one of the simplest map layouts in the game. After all it almost seems like this map was made specifically for mages, surely the correct way to farm the map should be obvious at first glance. However, when I cc through the ulu2 channels and see mages performing "random walk rotations" or climbing up and down the rope after every spawn, I have to wonder if the optimal rotation is as self evident as it would seem to some of us. Thus to combat this recent wave of disturbingly inefficient ulu2 leechers, I have decided to write a brief guide on how to efficiently farm/leech at the holy land that is Ulu Estate II.

    1. Where to cast
    Maple0333.jpg Maple0332.jpg

There are only 2 spots that you should ever casting at in this map, one near the left rope and one near the right rope(both on the bottom platform). The range of your ultimate will cover most of the map after you cast at these 2 spots and most of the mobs in the map will be nuked after 2 casts. Depending on the situation, you can of course shift slightly around these 2 positions to catch as many mobs as possible in your cast, but you should never be deviating too far from the two ropes. There is no reason to ever cast in the middle of the map. If you are casting in the middle of the map, you are doing it wrong.
    2. The rotation
Once you understand where to cast, the rotation is incredibly simple. At the beginning of a spawn cycle to cast once at one of the two spots, and then move to the other spot on the other side of the map and cast again. After you do this you will wait in place for a moment until the next spawn happens, then you repeat the process. Incredibly simple.
    3. Looting
You want to stay on the bottom platform for as long as possible. This is because when you are on the top platform, the range of your ultimate will not reach the worms on the bottom platform, and thus any time you are forced to cast on the top platform mobs are missed. The best way to loot the top platform is then to loot in 3min intervals (the time it takes for dropped items/mesos to start dissapearing). When you go up to loot you want to do it quickly and return to efficiently casting on the bottom platform as soon as possible.

Thats all there is too it, so don't be that guy who gets 9m eph for his leechers and thinks its ok.
