    I know there was several suggestions to add them and/or a cash shop skin for them, was there any official statement from staff as to why its a no?

    I'm not sure if they came in v62 or not

    They're a TCG craft, so they'd fall in line with Facestompers and (potentially) Stormcaster Gloves. Could probably add the Forging manual to the Custom CWK Exchange in place of the Subani Ankh (another TCG craft material) and enable the actual crafting NPC (Spindle in Omega Sector). Don't know how much we'd want two sets of Stars in the custom exchange though (with BFs also as a reward). The TCG crafting stuff came out in 2007, which is before v62.
