Beginner Recovery Skill Upgrade

Since the Recovery Skill (currently 2min cooldown) is still used by many in the community,

I propose for the change from gain of 72 hp over 30seconds, to instead a gain of 15%hp or 20%hp over 30seconds.

Spoiler: 15% example

10k total hp = 1.5k gain
9k = 1.35k
8k = 1.2k
7k = 1.05k
6k = 900
5k = 750
4k = 600
3k = 450

Spoiler: 20% example

10k total hp = 2k gain
9k = 1.8k
8k = 1.6k
7k = 1.4k
6k = 1.2k
5k = 1k
4k = 800
3k = 600

This would make the Recovery Skill usable by all the classes:

• at high levels incase run out of pots
• if pet autoHP suddenly turns off
• not wasting pots while traveling to next farming spot

The cooldown could also be made to be 4-5min, which compensates for the increased %HP gains.

The Recovery Skill would still be feasible:

• unable to spam the skill
• still have to buy pots for farming/bossing purposes
