Make AP resets a dropable item.

    Make AP resets a dropable item- both mobs and bosses
    Ap resets from mobs are untradeable and can only be seen by whoever kills the monster.
    Ap resets from bosses are tradeable and can be seen/ looted by anyone.
    so people can roll dice for it I guess.


    Make NX coupon drops count as "legends cash points" so we can users can gift/ sell the APs
