    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Players can earn up to 1000 Retro World Points per week and 30 Retro Coupons per week

    Retro World

The Retro World of Balina awaits a Hero, one brave enough to face the daunting Demon King, and one worthy enough to gain the Goddess Avaracia's blessings of bounty and wealth! Enter the Retro World map through the Retro World Arcade Cabinet to begin your adventure!
Throughout the Event you will earn Retro Coupons which you can exchange with the Goddess Avaracia for Ability Point Resets, Exclusive Event Chairs, or an entry into the Retro Rewards Raffle for a chance at even more luxurious loot!

    Mercenary’s Jump Training
Mercenary's Jump Training can only be attempted solo, without a party

Get your platforming on to train for the Demon King's Tower in Mercenary's Jump Training! Talk to NPC Gunnolf in the Retro World map to enter the Jump Training Area. Your goal is to jump your way from one side of the training ground to the other before the time runs out in 90 seconds. You can also earn Retro Coins by collecting them as as you hop across the map!

After attempting Mercenary’s Jump Training 1 time, you will learn the Long Jump skill, which can be used to help you successfully clear Mercenary's Jump Training, the Demon King's Tower, Retro Reach, and Bit Puff Daddy.

Once you have cleared Mercenary’s Jump Training 1 time, you can talk to Gunnolf to earn the Retro World Champion Jumper pendant!

    Magician’s Dodge Training

Magician's Dodge Training can only be attempted solo, without a party

Leap around and dodge the Magician's flames to train for the Demon King's Tower in Magician's Dodge Training! Talk to NPC Photios in the Retro World map to enter the Magician’s Dodge Training Area. The goal of this game is to successfully break open all the treasure chests while dodging all the incoming fireballs and fire attacks for 90 seconds across 3 stages. You can also collect any Retro Coins that you find in the area. If you fail to open all the chests within the time limit, you'll be sent back to Retro World.
After completing Magician’s Dodge Training 1 time, you'll receive the Retro World Champion Dodger pendant by speaking to Photios!

    Demon King’s Tower
The Demon King's Tower can be attempted either solo or with a party

Once you have completed your training with Photios and Gunnolf (by earning the Retro World Champion Dodger and Retro World Champion Jumper pendants), you can finally gain access to the Demon King’s Tower. Accept the quest, "[Retro World] Eliminate the Demon King" from Emeric, and use the purple portal on the right side of Retro World to enter.

In the tower, you will have to complete 4 stages that consist of 5 floors each in order to face the Demon King. You'll have to use your jumping and evading techniques that you learned from the Magician and the Mercenary, along with your new Axe Throw skill, to reach past the 20th floor where the Demon King awaits.

If you fail the stage, by losing your 3 hearts or falling off the map, you'll have to start over. You can even earn Retro Coins by opening the treasure chests in the Tower. Some of these treasure chests may also contain additional hearts to replenish the health of you and your party! Additionally, Retro Coupons can be earned every time you reach a new stage checkpoint!

Health items obtained within the Demon King's Tower will only work for players present in the map at the time the item is looted
You will obtain the Retro Hero pendant when you complete the questline.

    NEW!
Returning players will notice a second challenge mode called, "Demon King Tower (Hard Mode)" where the Demon King has had some home renovations done since your last visit to his domain. This is to account for the players' ability to use the Long Jump skill while present inside the Demon King's Tower.

For every successful clear of Demon King Tower (Hard Mode), you will earn 2 Retro Reach challenge clear points.

    Retro Reach
Retro Reach can only be attempted with a party of 3 players

Grab your axes and your friends to train for the Demon King's Tower in Retro Reach! Enter the portal on the left side of the Retro World map and talk to Photios to enter the Retro Reach map. In a team of 3 adventurers, your goal is to eliminate all the monsters in the map using nothing but your Axe Throw skill in 3 minutes before time's up.
You and your party will have a random chance to earn either Retro Coins or Retro Coupons for every successful completion of this challenge!

For every 3 successful clears of Retro Reach, you will earn 1 Retro Reach challenge clear point.

    Bit Puff Daddy

Bit Puff Daddy can only be attempted with a party of 6 players*

When you have 5 Retro Reach challenge clear points, you can speak with NPC Emeric to take on the challenge of Bit Puff Daddy! The townsfolk of Balina tried to bake a cake big enough to satiate the appetites of all these new travelers from the Maple World. The people called upon the power of the Goddess to bless them with enough cake for everyone, but it seems something went awry. With such a big cake has come an even bigger problem!

The Goddess' blessing may have altered more than just the cake's flavor... as it has transformed it into a monster the people of Balina have named, "Bit Puff Daddy"! Your party of 6 adventurers need to use your Axe Throw skill to cut this cake down to size within 9 minutes, but be careful; this sugar-coated calamity is not to be trifled with! A cake this big must have some new tasty tricks between its layers.

*Party members must be above Level 10, have the Axe Throw skill, and 5 Retro Reach challenge clear points in order to attempt [Bit Puff Daddy] Sweet Attack on Balina Town

Players that successfully defeat Bit Puff Daddy and end his reign of tasty terror will earn 1 Retro Coupon and 1 random Retro Box, which each contain a different assortment of Maple Weapons and/or Maple Accessories!

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Players can earn a maximum of 5 bonus Retro Coupons from [Bit Puff Daddy] Sweet Attack on Balina Town, increasing their weekly cap of Retro Coupons from 30 to 35

    Chief’s Special Potion

Seeking something that packs more punch than a sugar rush? Look no further! Talk to Emeric in the Retro World map to purchase 3 types of Retro World potions! The following potions are available for purchase:
    • Retro World Purple Potion: +20 W.Att for 5 minutes
    • Retro World Orange Potion: +30 M.Att for 5 minutes
    • Retro World Red Potion: +25 Avoidability and Accuracy for 5 minutes

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

All potions cost 25 Retro World Coins each and are untradeable

    The Goddess' Bountiful Blessings
