Gatekeeper/Thanatos Adjustment

    Recommend adding poison immunity to Gatekeeper & Thanatos.
    Also recommend adding a 3rd mob spawn to the center of their respective maps. Adding a 3rd spawn would probably warrant a reduction in EXP, which I believe would be fair, however I would not recommend a drastic drop in EXP to maintain the buffed experience of the mobs, and still provide a good alternative grinding location for 3rd job+ single target attackers.

    Thoughts?

    Other than NewLeaf guild members, my experience is seeing only F/P 3rd job mages hanging around these maps. These mages attempt to hog all 6 maps instead of share, and/or they ask you to straight just up leave/move to the other mob. Mist trainers have plenty of locations to play and grind in, while I find single target ranged attackers do not, at least nowhere near decent EPH in comparison. These two mobs at least attempt to bridge the difference in EPH gains instead of resorting to the generic experience of ranged attackers which is leech until bossing level with virtually no decent grinding locations, save for Shaolin maps.

    Wouldn't a better solution to address your identified problem be to increase the exp at other off-meta maps to provide more viable alternatives to mid-level ranged characters that wanted to self-level?

    Just poison. By utilization, poison misters take up at minimum 2 channels for wherever they are currently grinding. Issue with Gatekeeper/Thanatos is the limited channel and mobs on map. If someone is hogging every channel by misting, that's a massive problem in my eyes. The fix is prevent those mobs from being poisoned.

    I'm confused; the misters are a problem because they take up 2+ channels, but you must also take 2+ channels (else mapowner protects you)?

    I think you're just being too kind!

    When a F/P leaves a channel, they loose @mapowner. And @mapowner is the source of truth for who's map it currently is.

    If F/P's are hogging the channels, it's because you're letting them :)

    In current form, in order to get decent EPH, utilizing 2 channels is ideal, however I did recommend adding a 3rd mob, which I believe would assist in removing that as an option. Decreasing the delay in spawn could also help in that regard, as you wouldn't need to CC in order to keep up with spawn.

    I do agree i'm generally too kind to these individuals. I've experimented with just clearing their 1 HP mobs on off rotations from the misters, but I'm not a fan of doing so.

    I believe that if it was placed as a boss protocol, it would take away a lot of "off meta build(?)" status, perhaps if between thana and gk one was immune and the other couldn't be more "fair"?
