Accepted Fast Travel to Ariant

    Currently, the only time you can fast travel to Ariant is a low level quest from Manji in Perion.
    I'm suggesting making it a permanent ability from him, similar to warp cards from bartol in nautilus. This will make it easier to travel to ariant/magatia instead of taking boat to/from orbis. It will also make Perion seem less left out compared to the other cities on Victoria.

    Henesys - Amoria
    Kerning - Nlc, Singapore
    Ellinia - Leafre
    Nautilus - Omega sector
